I love Bare Feet!!

Ok, this isn't the whole scoop, but I couldn't resist. I went for my 2 mile easy run today, and after about a 1/4 mile, I took the Vibram's off and rocked it hippie style. It was great! If Vibram's make you a good runner (Jackie), barefoot will make you an awesome runner. Take it slow, there is collateral damage to deal with. My feet have some new blisters, but I dont give a damn. Anyways, heres the after action report:
